Uriam Returns Policy

Uriam does not accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind, incorrect selections, or ordering errors. Customers are encouraged to carefully review all product details prior to purchase.

Damaged or Faulty Goods

All claims for damaged or faulty items must be submitted in writing within 7 days of receiving goods. Claims must include clear supporting photographs and/or videos and, where applicable, images of the original packaging. Claims received outside this timeframe may not be accepted.

Return Authorisation

All returns must be approved in writing by Uriam prior to being returned. Unauthorised returns will not be accepted.

Change of Mind

Returns or refunds are not offered for change of mind, incorrect decisions, or variations in colour, grain, texture, or finish that are inherent to natural materials or consistent with product descriptions.

Costs

Where a return is approved, customers may be responsible for associated delivery, handling, and restocking costs.
